Career Coaching-Strengths Based Coaching

We are all unique and carry very specific talents or strengths.

Sometimes we struggle to uncover what they are and how they can help us in work, life, relationships and even our family. Understanding your strengths doesn’t have to be hard and you will be surprised how underutilized they go when we are unaware of what they are how to best use them.

This coaching package will guide you in the fundamentals of uncovering your strengths using Clifton’s StrengthsQuest and applying each theme aligned to your strengths to the work you do in your career, life, business and family.

You will learn how to become more self-aware of your strengths, how to use them in the spaces you want to.

How long does it take to see results?
Like anything else in life, there is no such thing as an overnight success. You have to invest in yourself to see the results and you have to be willing to trust the process and the journey your coach takes you on. You need to roll up your sleeves and take action to see results.
What if I have no clue what I am doing?
Guess what friends that what I am here for! I am here to help you get clear in what it is you're meant to do. We will talk a lot and spend time uncover the part of you that are good, bad and even ugly and we will navigate ideas that will give you the clarity to help you develop core values, a strategic plan and clear mission for your passion.
Why 1:1 Coaching?
All coaching sessions are confidential. They are recorded for client/coaching purpose for note taking, growth and development. Each session is unique and give the client the opportunity be vulnerable and connect with the coach. I personally find that group coaching is successful when all participants are seeking the same or very similar outcomes. That where courses become helpful because the goals and objectives are outlined.
What if I am unhappy?
I would hope that my experience and background in life and career coaching would help you in your journey. We will build a unique roadmap to a clear path in your life. I've never had an unhappy client or student in all my years practicing. I've been coaching for 11 years!
